"Most people imagine the CPC as it might been during the 'cultural revolution', so it's important to tell the true story about the CPC and its evolution, its vision and its commitment to serve the people and the professionalism and competence, as well as the issues and problems that CPC has as a ruling party."

In the western world, there is no difference between personal, social and political freedoms-there is no difference, and in China there is, and the personal and social freedoms are enormous, and virtually no difference from the west today."
Ayon kay Kuhn, aktibong pinapasulong ng CPC ang konstruksyon ng demokrasya sa loob ng partido at natamo ang progreso sa aspektong ito.
"What's the most important is the party is recognizing the need for continuing changes for keeping up with the times and advancing with the times. It really has been affected. I'm very impressed in recent time that the party has seen itself as a learning-minded party where it needs to be as the most sophisticated, though its members and leaders need to have the most sophisticated knowledge about the world, not just in party affairs or politics or local governments, but about science, technology, economics, culture, all the things that are relevant to the modern world, but being a learning-minded party, you're forced to keep up with the times, to continue to change."
