13 Kasunduang Pangkooperasyon, dala ni Pangulong Duterte mula sa Tsina

Tulad ng prediksyon ng maraming opisyal na Pilipino at Tsino, matagumpay na matagumpay ang ginawang biyahe ni Pangulong Rodrigo Roa Duterte sa Tsina. Ang magkasanib na pahayag ng Pilipinas at Tsina na inilabas noong Oktubre 21, 2016 ay isang matibay na patunay nito.

Ang nasabing magkasanib na pahayag ay nagpapakita ng commitment ng dalawang bansa para ibalik sa tamang landas ang relasyon ng Pilipinas at Tsina na naapektuhan ng isyu sa dagat.

Kabilang sa mga nilalaman ng nasabing magkasanib na pahayag ay may-kinalaman sa pagpapalakas ng pagtutulungan at pagpapalitang pang-ekonomiya, kultura, paglaban sa terorismo at droga, imprastruktura, joint venture, trade at investment, manufacturing, Micro, Small at Medium Enterprises (MSME), bilateral na diyalogo para lutasin ang mga pagkakaiba, at marami pang iba.

Samantala, ayon sa Philippine Star, sinabi Department of Trade and Industry Secretary Ramon Lopez, $USD24 na bilyong dolyar na halaga ng investment at financing agreement ang naiuwi ni Pangulong Duterte mula sa kanyang makasaysayang pagbisita sa Tsina.

Dagdag pa ni Lopez, sa nasabing $USD24 na bilyong dolyar, $USD15 bilyon ang may-kinalaman sa investment projects at $USD 9 bilyon ang hinggil naman sa credit facilities.

Mga kababayan, ang mga investment agreement na sinabi natin kanina ay magdadala ng 2 milyong trabaho para sa mga Pilipino, sa susunod na 5 taon.

Ang nasabing mga kasunduan ay nakakalat sa maraming larangang gaya ng manufacturing, agribusiness, trade, pinansya, hotel, telekomunikasyon, turismo, transportasyon at imprastruktura.

"The highly successful meetings with top leaders of China, President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Kequiang, have led to greater confidence in the future economic relations of our two countries," dagdag ni Lopez.

Kaugnay ng $USD24 na bilyong dolyar na halaga ng investment at financing agreement na naiuwi ni Pangulong Duterte, 13 kasunduang pangkooperasyon ang pinirmahan ng Pilipinas at Tsina. Kabilang sa mga ito ay:

1. Agreement on Economic and Technical Cooperation between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of the Philippines;

2. Memorandum of Understanding between the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC)of the People's Republic of China and the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) of the Republic of the Philippines for Developing Cooperation on Production Capacity and Investment;

3. Memorandum of Understanding between the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC)of the People's Republic of China and the Department of Transportation and the Department of Public Works and Highways of the Republic of the Philippines on Transportation Infrastructure Cooperation Project List;

4. Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Commerce of the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) of the Republic of the Philippines onStrengthening Bilateral Trade, Investment and Economic Cooperation;

5. Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) of the Republic of the Philippines onFormulation of the Development Program for Economic Cooperation;

6. Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and the Department of Finance (DF) of the Republic of the Philippines on Supporting the Conduct of Feasibility Studies for Major Projects;

7. Action Plan on Agricultural Cooperation between the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China and the Department of Agriculture (DA) of the Republic of the Philippines 2017-2019;

8. Memorandum of Agreement on News, Information Exchange, Training and for other Purposesbetween the State Council Information Office of the People's Republic of China and the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCO) of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines;

9. Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation of Animal and Plant Inspection and Quarantinebetween the General Administration of Quality Supervision Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the Department of Agriculture (DA) of the Republic of the Philippines;

10. Memorandum of Understanding, MOU on the Establishment of a Joint Coast Guard Committee on Maritime Cooperation between the China Coast Guard and the Philippine Coast Guard;

11. Implementation Program of the Memorandum of Understanding on Tourism Cooperation 2017-2022between the National Tourism Administration of the People's Republic of China and the Department of Tourism of the Republic of the Philippines;

12. Protocol on Cooperation between the Narcotics Control Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China and the Philippines Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA);

13. Memorandum of Understanding on Financing Cooperation between the Export-Import Bank of China and the Government of the Republic of the Philippines, represented by the Department of Finance;

Bukod sa pakikipag-usap sa matataas na opisyal Tsino at malalaking business group, kinatagpo rin ni Pangulong Duterte ang Filipino Community sa Beijing.

Pag-anunsiyo pa lamang ng kanyang pangalan, napuno na ng sigaw na "DUTERTE" ang buong bulwagan kung saan nakatakdang magsalita si Pangulong Digong.

Sa totoo lang po, bilang isang Pinoy, nakaramdam ako ng galak at pagmamalaki dahil sa wakas, mayroon na tayong isang pangulo na tunay na nagmamahal at nagmamalasakit sa mga Pilipino. Isang pangulo na handang itaya ang kanyang buhay, dangal at pagkapangulo upang mabigyan ng magandang kinabukasan ang susunod na henerasyon ng mga Pilipino.

Nang ibaling ko ang aking paningin sa paligid, nakita ko ang ating mga kababayan na sobrang saya sa pagdating ng kanilang idolo, habang isinisigaw ang "DUTERTE!"

Na-realize ko, hindi ako nag-iisa sa aking nararamdaman. Lahat kami ay natutuwa at nakakaramdam ng karangalan sa pagdating ni Pangulong Mayor Duterte sa Beijing.
