Ginintuang Panahon ng Relasyong Sino-Pilipino, dumating na

Bahagi pa rin ng $USD24 na bilyong dolyar na halaga ng investment at financing agreement ay ang 13 kasunduang pangkooperasyong pinirmahan ng Pilipinas at Tsina. Kabilang sa mga ito ay:

1. Agreement on Economic and Technical Cooperation between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of the Philippines;

2. Memorandum of Understanding between the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC)of the People's Republic of China and the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) of the Republic of the Philippines for Developing Cooperation on Production Capacity and Investment;

3. Memorandum of Understanding between the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC)of the People's Republic of China and the Department of Transportation and the Department of Public Works and Highways of the Republic of the Philippines on Transportation Infrastructure Cooperation Project List;

4. Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Commerce of the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) of the Republic of the Philippines onStrengthening Bilateral Trade, Investment and Economic Cooperation;

5. Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) of the Republic of the Philippines onFormulation of the Development Program for Economic Cooperation;

6. Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and the Department of Finance (DF) of the Republic of the Philippines on Supporting the Conduct of Feasibility Studies for Major Projects;

7. Action Plan on Agricultural Cooperation between the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China and the Department of Agriculture (DA) of the Republic of the Philippines 2017-2019;

8. Memorandum of Agreement on News, Information Exchange, Training and for other Purposesbetween the State Council Information Office of the People's Republic of China and the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCO) of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines;

9. Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation of Animal and Plant Inspection and Quarantinebetween the General Administration of Quality Supervision Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the Department of Agriculture (DA) of the Republic of the Philippines;

10. Memorandum of Understanding, MOU on the Establishment of a Joint Coast Guard Committee on Maritime Cooperation between the China Coast Guard and the Philippine Coast Guard;

11. Implementation Program of the Memorandum of Understanding on Tourism Cooperation 2017-2022between the National Tourism Administration of the People's Republic of China and the Department of Tourism of the Republic of the Philippines;

12. Protocol on Cooperation between the Narcotics Control Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China and the Philippines Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA);

13. Memorandum of Understanding on Financing Cooperation between the Export-Import Bank of China and the Government of the Republic of the Philippines, represented by the Department of Finance;

Tulad ng sabi natin kanina, kasama sa maraming benepisyo ng pagbuti at pagpasok sa "Ginintuang Panahon ng Relasyong Sino-Pilipino" ay ang eksponensyal na pagdami ng mga turistang Tsino sa Pilipinas. Kamakailan ay nakapanayam po natin si Hugh Zhu, isang Tsinong nagnenegosyo ng diving sa Pilipinas. Siya at kanyang mga kasama ay mayroon na ngayong grupo na regular na nagpupunta sa Pilipinas, partikular sa Puerto Galera upang mamasyal at sumisid sa magagandang diving spot doon. Aniya, napakaganda ng mga diving spot sa Puerto Galera; at lalo pa itong napaganda sa pagbuti ng relasyon ng Tsina at Pilipinas.

Aniya, noong dati, kailangan pang ipakilala ang Pilpinas sa mga Tsino para dumalaw sila roon, pero, ngayon, ang mga Tsino na mismo ang naghahangad magpunta, at bumisita sa Pilipinas. Bukod pa riyan, kamakailan ay unumpisahan na rin ni Hugh ang pag-aaral ng Filipino Martial Art (FMA). Ang FMA rin aniya ay makakapagpalalim ng kanyang pagkaunawa sa kulturang Pilipino. Bukod pa rito, napaka-inam din aniyang paraan ito upang maging malusog ang pangangatawan at wala rin itong katulad na paraan sa pagsasanggalang sa sarili at pamilya.
